That was me,few minutes during the earth hour at Mesra Mall.We in Kerteh take part with the rest of the world too in effort to give an hour break to our lovely planet. Not the whole building was shut off.Only few tenants only.The Starbucks logo was turn off,the burger king logo too.Reject shop and rotiboy are all dark.The event,in conjunction of the earth hour was a fashion show by Mesra Mall administrator itself.All clothes were sponsored by Envee,Reject Shop,Al Ikhsan and Kasut You. I was amazed by the contemporary dance from the Chinese girl earlier on.Amazing.During the earth hour period,we sang Heal the world by MJ and Hijau from Zainal Abidin.Those model from Sekolah Rantau were all hot and very talented!And I want to exclusively thanks Syidek,Azim and Maoh for the wonderful evening at Kerteh.I really wish next time we have a blast photography session ok.At least,you guys had visited my wisteria land.
Reflecting our self about Earth Hour,what have you done so far,in support of making the world is a safer and greener place to live in?Here's a suggestion.Littering is not a big deal for some of us because maybe we just simply threw a very tiny size of a sweet paper.But,have you ever imagine if more than one people do the same thing?and it happens everyday?The same place would be ,one day,full of trash.Therefore,I am urging lovely readers that have this kind of habit,in any way please stop.It just need a little integrity to be true to yourself not to litter.It is a simple deed but yet giving the earth a very big meaning.Good deed does not need popularity.Just do it honestly and quietly and you will feel great about it.Teach the youngster too.But I am only saying.We must walk the talk and start take a good care of our environment.Not necessarily in a big scale.Enough with the collectively small but meaningful deeds.
We ourself feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean.But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop.
