Senandung Hidup

Infinite Line Pool

Good Day everyone! I have been away for such a long time. Distracted by physical task especially the internship-related task that makes my desire to blog gets stronger. But, honestly it is not like I will blog anything about my internship. I will just, in time, pluck out some of the life experience throughout my internship and put them into one of my story here.

Just a matter of sharing, I am currently listening to Bruno Mars with his new song entitled, “Who is”. It is a very nice and soothing song. The lyric is powerful and makes you keep listening to it over and over again. No surprise that I listen to this song again and again all the way from Dungun until my home. Take few minutes of your time and listen to it! J

This morning I have the chance to read one of the books on my supervisor’s desk. My supervisor is a nice guy. He is not your typical Kelantanese guy. But unfortunately girls, he’s married and have children already. Back to the book things, the book title is “Don’t sweat the small stuff” by Richard Carlson. This book is omnibus special edition which contains 3 other books. But trust me, for those that have not read this book, you’ll fall in love from the moment you read his introduction.

The book contains many stories. Since I am about to start reading the book, the first book consist of a hundred stories inside. I had scrutinized it and I think I surely glued to this book for such a long time and if I have chance to Kinokuniya, I’ll certainly have my own copy!

One of the story inside, which I completed reading is entitled,”Get comfortable not knowing”. It’s on the page 185. It is about the farmer and the wise old man. To cut the story short, the lesson is we often think we know what is going to happen and we make a big deal out of it. We tend to visualize bad things that might happen. But often we got it all wrong. If we keep everything cool and calm, sure everything will be just fine.

Enough with the books. If you find it interesting, go and get one. Hahaha..Just kidding. Before I forget , I want to wish all the best to Yus (organik).Today is his first practical day. I was surprised just now. I was like “Sape lah yang rajin betol mesej pagi pagi hari ni” .And it was from Yus saying that he’s nervous about the first day. I am sure he will do more than just fine. Lets hope together that he will do well in his internship.

Honestly, I kind of miss the roadtrip to Sungai Lembing. It was then the most interesting part of my university’s life. And to one point it becomes mandatorily every Friday is Sungai Lembing day. We don’t own powerful camera that time to get a great photo. But with handphones and digital camera,we manage to get interesting shot and immortalize out memories there. I used to call them wilayah selepas hujan because we get there right after the rain stop. And I miss the petrichor. Oh, by saying powerful camera, I hope she read this and wondering..”Bila la nak gi Sungai Lembing dengan budak-budak tu eahh”.Hahaha..No offense and don’t take this seriously.I know you miss this place too, don’t you?

There’s 3 days more left to end the internship. It is such an interesting and colorful experience while living in Kerteh and Paka.So much that I love this place,I have to shift to another place and started new adenture somewhere else.

One thing that I learn is that, don’t blame the place if you live a boring and dull life.It is you yourself. How you live your life there that will determine what life you are living, regardless of where you are. Make the most of the time you have. Enjoy and be grateful because only good people deserves a second chance!

Till then.

p/s: Next post I would share you about the fascinating view of Tanjung Jara and my experience attending an event at Annexe Gallery while I was in KL.
