As far as I remember , I am , most of the time is a last minute person. I will stay up until late night to swallow in all the facts and figures if it happens that the paper that I will be seating is the next morning. Strange enough, this way all the facts and figures were easily digested and memorized by my brain. Or maybe it is been trained for so long , picking up fast at a very critical hour. But please, don't ever do this if you want to get an A for that subject.
There are pros and cons being a last minutes person.Talking about quality , depends on the scale of the task, honestly speaking the quality is more or less the same. But this theory does not apply for a perfectionist. They have to start earlier. The last minute person is , for me believe the theory of being chased by a fierce dog,a German Sheperd or Bulldog. When in desperate moment,no wall is too high for you to jump in order to escape the dog.
However , I don't really recommend gentlemen to practice the theory if you are not brave enough because on the other side , there is (self-mad theory again) a theory of the measure of success is proportional to the quantity of effort made.Talking by experience, the more effort you put onto things, the better the result. But,why some fails even if they put multiply effort more than anyone else? Personally , I think most probably because effort alone cannot go. It has to be accompanied with enthusiast. Even if the subject or the paper that you sit is the hardest or the most boring subject ever , I believe you still can manage to score an A only if you put effort and enthusiast while studying it. Plus, you can grow the enthusiast by time. What matter most is not about the subject but what grade will you get at the end of the semester.Sebab tu la kena belajar before exam, nak dapat grade yang bagus. Result yang gempak. As long as you have time, then why procrastinate?
All works and no play, makes Jack a dull boy. Unless if you are a geek or nerd (but geek is the cool thing now?mcm mana bha tu?)then the proverb does not apply.Ala..even geeks have some time to play virtual game too ma.Understand what I'm saying? Yeah..exactly.Study hard but play harder.Tapi tak lah sampai luka luka and such kan. What I am trying to say is, say that if you target to spend 2 hours per day to study..then after 1 hours of study then break for another 2 hour before continue for the next one hour.hahaha.At least that is what I did. But, different people have different preferences right. As long as you study, sudah.
The ugly truth about exam is(kedong baru abis nangga cita ya) that what result you will get is depends on effort you made throughout the semester.By mean effort is terpulang la halal or haram (don't even think of it!!).DUH..karma.What you give you will get back.Trust me,life is fair. The grade you get is telling you the effort you had made so far. So,if you want something so bad, takkan you just duduk lepak-lepak sambil layan movies sampai 2 3 pagi.Jangan mimpilah nak dapat A untuk subjek Statistic kalau macam tu.If you want an A,then act like one!
That's it.All the best for your final exam this morning and the days ahead.
p/s :I am not really a top scorer but, experience is the best teacher. If you are given time and space to make brighter future for yourself, then why not? Jangan jadi macam senior yang gila gila macam kami nih.Eh,saya ni.
